When contacting us regarding an order, please use the reason for contacting us (General Question, Return, Exchange, or similar) in the subject line. 

For Returns and Exchanges, please include the order number in the subject line. 

For exchanges, please include both the item that you are returning and the item that you'd like to receive back, as well as the reason for the exchange. If there is any defect in the item you received, please include a picture of the problem.
